Sculpture Park

Henie Onstad Kunstsenter is located in a great park by the fjord filled with 30 sculptures by Norwegian and international artists. Nature provides a very special setting for experiencing art. Welcome to the forest, the sea and around the park.
Several of the works in the park are site specific and were incorporated in the park as part of solo exhibitions, the project Kunstgaven (a gift from The Savings Bank Foundation DNB in 2011), and created during the Borealis 2 festival in 1985. Other sculptures are gifts, donations and purchases. In connection with the art center's 50th anniversary, Bærum municipality gave several new works by Per Inge Bjørlo.
In the park you will also find the big commercial banana from Filipstad in Oslo. Half a century ago this piece inspired Claes Oldenburg's definition of Pop Art! Use the opportunity to experience Høvikodden by the fjord and the forest as well as the artworks. Please respect and enjoy!
